1. Definitions
User — any person who registers for or uses the Service.
Task — a social media engagement action (such as following, liking, viewing, commenting, or reviewing) published on the Service.
Task Creator — a User who funds and publishes Tasks for other Users to complete.
Participant — a User who completes Tasks in exchange for rewards.
Wallet — the balance record associated with your account, used to fund Tasks, receive rewards, and request payouts.
Connected Account — a third-party social media account you link to the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping it up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion in accordance with these Terms.
Each User may maintain only one account unless we expressly permit otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards, promotions, or the referral program is prohibited.
3. How the Service Works
Task4Money is a marketplace that connects Task Creators with Participants. Task Creators fund Tasks from their Wallet; Participants complete Tasks and earn rewards credited to their Wallet. We provide the platform that facilitates these interactions but are not a party to the underlying arrangement between Users.
We do not guarantee that any Task will be completed, that any specific reward will be earned, or that any Connected Account will achieve a particular result. Reward amounts, Task availability, and completion requirements are determined at the time a Task is published and may change.
4. Connected Social Media Accounts
To participate in certain Tasks, you may link Connected Accounts. You represent that you own or are authorized to use each Connected Account and that linking it to the Service does not violate any third-party terms.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform (including, without limitation, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, or Facebook). Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your activity on the Service complies with those terms. We are not liable for any action taken against your Connected Account by a third-party platform.
5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use bots, automation, emulators, or fake/inauthentic accounts to complete or inflate Tasks;
Submit false proof of completion or otherwise manipulate the Task verification process;
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity through the Service;
Publish Tasks that promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or that violate any law or third-party rights;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
6. Wallet, Payments, and Fees
Deposits to your Wallet are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a deposit, you authorize the applicable provider to charge your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details.
We may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before you complete the relevant transaction. Wallet balances represent a record of value held for use within the Service and do not constitute a bank deposit or earn interest.
Funds used to publish Tasks are committed when the Task is created. Reward amounts are credited to a Participant's Wallet upon successful verification of Task completion.
7. Withdrawals and Payouts
You may request a payout of eligible Wallet balances using the methods available in your account. Payouts may be subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, processing times, and fees, each disclosed within the Service. We may withhold or reverse payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, error, or a violation of these Terms.
8. Referral and Affiliate Program
We may offer a referral or affiliate program that allows you to earn commissions. Commissions are earned only on genuine, verified activity. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any manipulation of the program are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.
9. Fraud, Reversals, and Account Holds
We employ measures to detect fraud and abuse. Where we identify (or reasonably suspect) fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity, we may, without prior notice: void affected Tasks and rewards, reverse Wallet transactions, place holds on balances, suspend payouts, and suspend or terminate the account involved.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other Users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User-submitted content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any earnings or results will be achieved.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or [LIABILITY CAP AMOUNT, e.g. USD 100].
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Task4Money, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
